As a note I am only ONE MAN. That means I am not Wallmart nor Jiffy Lube.
Please know in advance I will not answer the phone after business hours,
on holidays or at 2:00am. If you call my number and get the machine that
means I'm busy.
I try and give as much instant gratification as I can. Emailing me is the
best way to get a response in 12 hours or so. I check and answer emails
twice a day which is early morning and in the evening. Return phone calls
can take up to 24 hours. When I see your weapon for the first time it
gets a sort of quick triage. If a simple fix is all thats required I implement it immediately for a
quick turnaround, sometimes even while you wait. If your repair requires
more time it is put into the que and takes it's
turn on a first come first serve basis. Repairs that require parts can
take up to three weeks If I do not have it in stock. I will contact you when
your weapon is ready. The more time I spend answering calls about
"is my gun done yet" the less time I have to work on the que to get your gun finished..
My current turn around for repairs is around 7 to 10
days or less as well as complete cleanings. Projects are turning
at about 15 to 30 days depending on project scope and parts availability.
Speaking of PARTS, I encourage you to use the links in my site to
purchase your own parts and bring them in or from other vendors. Parts
have become a real issue in the last year or so to get and with the very
little I make on them feel free to hit the multitude of online vendors
and bring them to me for installation. It is silly for me to stock
$100,000.00 in parts and have them sit there on my LC while the same
vendor I bought them from (at dealer cost) sells them direct to you via
the web under another name for a lesser or same price. If you want me to
order parts, do know I will not be the CHEAPEST guy in town as it takes
time, effort and shipping to get them here. (sorry)
